Who we are

Lumen Cycle (“the App”) is a period and fertility tracking application for iOS. Contact: use the email on the Support page.

Data we store on your device

The App stores information you enter locally on your device, which may include:

• Period flow and cycle-related logs
• Basal body temperature, cervical fluid, intimacy flags, symptoms, and notes
• App preferences (such as temperature unit)
• Purchase entitlement flags related to premium unlock
• Biometric / passcode gate preferences for unlocking the App UI

This data is stored using on-device storage (including local database and secure device storage for certain flags). It is not uploaded to Lumen Cycle cloud servers because the App does not include cloud sync.

Data we do not collect

• No user accounts or profiles
• No cloud backup or sync operated by us
• No advertising identifiers collected by us for ads
• No analytics / tracking SDKs used to profile you

Exports

If you use export features (PDF, JSON, or CSV), files are created on your device and shared through iOS system share sheets / Files at your direction. You control where those files go.

Purchases

Optional premium unlock is processed by Apple through In-App Purchase. Apple handles payment information under Apple’s privacy policy. We do not receive your full payment card details.

Face ID / Touch ID

Biometric authentication is used only as an on-device lock for opening the App. Biometric templates stay on your device and are managed by iOS. We do not receive Face ID / Touch ID images.

Children

The App is not directed to children under 13. Do not use the App if you are under the age required by your local laws for this type of health logging app.

Changes

We may update this policy if the App’s behavior changes. The effective date above will be revised when that happens.
